The selection of recruitment consultancies is based on a survey of candidates on their experience with the consultancy. &#8220;For us, the focus is on people: we bring talented individuals together with suitable employers and make a point of getting to know candidates personally and successfully taking their next career step with them. Appreciation and industry knowledge are our basis in consulting,&#8221; says Managing Director Christian D\u00fcngfelder of MINT Solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The Client Experience category evaluates client relationships and experiences throughout the process between executive search firms and clients, i.e., the companies that hire the executive search firm to conduct a search.
