This is the result of a recent study conducted by the market research company Statista for the news magazine Focus. Mint Solutions receives the award for the second year in a row.

For the survey of the recommendable personnel service providers, on the one hand personnel managers in companies and on the other hand candidates who have already been placed by personnel service providers were interviewed. The staffing service providers were evaluated by HR managers in companies on the basis of criteria such as “quality & selection of candidate profiles offered”, “quality of service”, “price-performance ratio” and “placement speed”. Candidates evaluated the service providers on the basis of criteria such as “quality & selection of positions offered”, “consultation & communication during and after the placement initiative”, “service quality in the process & in further services”.
