The “Headhunter of the Year” award honors the best executive search firms in Germany in various categories and this year nominates MINT Solutions in the Candidate and Client Experience categories.
In the Candidate Experience category, HR consultancies are recognized for outstanding performance in supporting candidates for their mandates. The selection of recruitment consultancies is based on a survey of candidates on their experience with the consultancy. “For us, the focus is on people: we bring talented individuals together with suitable employers and make a point of getting to know candidates personally and successfully taking their next career step with them. Appreciation and industry knowledge are our basis in consulting,” says Managing Director Christian Düngfelder of MINT Solutions.
The Client Experience category evaluates client relationships and experiences throughout the process between executive search firms and clients, i.e., the companies that hire the executive search firm to conduct a search. A good client experience results in high customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and the willingness of the client to act as an enthusiastic ambassador for the brand and the products of the HR consultancy. “Our employees live a passionate service mindset and work “FOR” and “WITH” the customer according to our claim “Our network for your success”. Our individual, trusting and personal consulting at eye level has brought us success for over nine years,” says Düngfelder.
The “Headhunter of the Year” awards the best personnel consultancies in Germany for outstanding performance. Announcement of the winners will take place on 06.06.2019 at the Hotel Bayrischer Hof in Munich.
